Jessie Diggins is the most decorated US Cross Country skier of all time. She has an Olympic gold, silver and bronze medal, 7 World Championship medals and 79 World Cup podiums. In her spare time, she loves gardening and cooking with food she grew in her tiny garden, reading, camping and hiking. An ambassador for the Emily Program, Jessie is a passionate spokesperson for mental health and eating disorder advocacy. She’s proud to serve on the board of Protect Our Winters as well as Share Winter and her club team, SMST2.

Elyse Kopecky is a 3-time NY Times Bestselling cookbook author and inspirational culinary instructor. She is the author behind the globally-recognized Run Fast. Eat Slow. book series.
