Thank you for writing these Cookbooks. They changed my life as a college runner. Once I learned that training is also in the kitchen, it was never the same. Thank you for your cook books! I absolutely love that I can make most things gluten free … I have celiac. I often refrain from eating bc of this condition but have found a new found joy in cooking from the recipes in your cook books. This has given me more energy helping my running times and endurance. ❤️
