Run Fast. Cook Fast. Eat Slow. Book Tour

Run Fast. Cook Fast. Eat Slow. Book Tour

We are excited to hit the ground running (literally!) for our Run Fast. Cook Fast. Eat Slow. book tour. The tour begins in Elyse’s hometown of Bend, Oregon. From there we will head to San Francisco and then NYC and later to Portland (date change, see below).

Most of our events include running so be ready to join us on the streets of our fave running cities. All of the events include an inspirational talk where we’ll share our real food stories and inspire you to cook your way to your next PR. After the book talk and reading, we look forward to hanging out with you to sign books, answer questions, and take selfies!

Books will be available to purchase at all events. Events are FREE and by purchasing a book you help support the local venues, running stores, and book shops who volunteer to host us.

Get your Run Fast Eat Slow gear in time for the event!

We hope to see you there!

Elyse & Shalane

PS – We wish we could make it to more cities, but due to Shalane’s training schedule and Elyse’s new baby, we had to limit the number of stops for this initial tour. There will be more events and opportunities for speaking engagements in 2019!
