LIVE Baking and Cooking with Elyse 

This Spring, Elyse is busy putting the finishing touches on our 3rd cookbook, so we will only be offering two classes. We customized the classes to cover your most-requested topics based on our recent survey. Each class has both a culinary theme and a nutrition theme so that we can combine delicious new recipes with healthy eating guidance. As always Elyse will discuss meal prep and time-saving tips to make our busy lives easier.  

Every class includes:
