To find the best sleep tea concoction, we consulted with Katelyn Dexter, owner of The Peoples Apothecary, our favorite medicinal tea shop in Oregon. We sought out her expertise to help us craft a soothing, mineral-rich tonic for athletes to sip before bed. Katelyn sent us an endless variety of blends of her medicinal strength loose-leaf teas. While together in Bend, Shalane and Elyse taste-tested and sleep-tested each blend. The Dreamer's Tea was the clear winner.
