Unlike the other oatmeal packets on the market, this one will actually fill you up and not lead to a sugar crash by 10am. This is one of the few breakfast foods I can digest within an hour of running. And it's my go-to for travel, camping, and rushed mornings with the family (just about every weekday morning!).
