Fellowship-trained and a certified menopause practitioner, she’s passionate about providing science-based information to empower women at every stage. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated mom, runner, athlete, and cooking enthusiast.

ELYSE KOPECKY

Elyse Kopecky is a 3-time NY Times Bestselling cookbook author and inspirational culinary instructor. She is the author behind the globally-recognized Run Fast. Eat Slow. book series. Elyse is also a mom, marathoner, and avid trail runner which inspires her passion to fuel others and the future through enriching food.

Elyse also hosts women's running retreats in Oregon, France and Switzerland.
