These are the staples I stock to save time and money. I only go to Costco once a month or every other month, so when I go I like to stock up. I bake a lot of Superhero Muffins so it's essential to stock big bags of almond flour, rolled oats and jugs of maple syrup.

I buy most of my produce, meat, eggs, dairy, etc at a natural foods grocery store, but when I'm at Costco I'll grab a few of these items as well.

I don't buy a lot of the individually packaged snack foods as I dislike all the packaging and long ingredient lists, but I'll buy a few of the healthier brands for kid lunch boxes. As a busy working family, we don't strive for perfection when it comes to eating well.
